At Pangaea Fitness & Training, Health and Fitness is our business with classes and personal training sessions being run to high professional standards by highly qualified individuals. Pangaea Training currently provides a variety of health and fitness classes within the South Buckinghamshire area in addition to offering personal training sessions on an individual or small group basis and weight management advice and guidance.
At Pangaea Fitness & Training you are not just another customer. All of our programmes consider your personal needs and goals. Whether you are one of our Personal Training clients or a member of one of our group classes, its by ensuring that we are always mindful of what you want out of our sessions that makes us different to the rest. We offer classes of sizes that ensure that we can give the personal touch, get to know you, and support you to enable you to feel comfortable and at ease in the classes.

On Tuesday 25th July only the first class will be running so no Pilates Strength & Stretch that evening.
On July 25th we'll be spending the second hour (and maybe longer!) at the George & Dragon, in West Wycombe, to say farewell to a long standing client, and friend, the wonderful Judith who is moving to Wales - everyone is welcome to come along.
